Beach-One of the best beaches in the Riviera Maya. Charges (extra) - Spa services and some of the non motorized water sports. Distances-In the heart of the Riviera Maya. You would pretty much want to stay on property unless taking a day trip. Entertainment on Property -Varied entertainment and activities during the day and evening. Activities for the kids and teenagers. Fitness Area - A state of the art fitness center and spa!
Getting Around- Taxi, renting a car for the day or taking day tours from the resort. Internet Access -There is an hourly charge for internet access. Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home, but bring slacks and polo shirt for dinner in the A la Carte restaurants. Kids- Kids will love the Palladium Grand kids club. Mini Club El Ranchito is open from 9:00 to 5:00 daily for kids ages 4-12. Kids will enjoy age appropriate fun and games as well as many eco-related activities. Teens and grown up kids will enjoy the extensive sports zone with tennis courts, mini-golf,non motorized water sports and snorkeling. Lighting-The resort is well laid out and well lit at night. Medical Services-On call medical services.
Nightlife- Live nightly entertainment in lobby with easy listening music, theater with live shows and audience participation, disco Opportunities-Take a day to shop in Play del Carmen. It is worth the trip. Pool-There are 4 pools but the one of interest is the one that is set up like a lake. Adults can relax at the spa pool. I am a pool person and the pools here fit the bill. Protection-In room safes. Recreation-Between the tennis courts, water sports, jogging trail, fitness area and pools, families will have plenty to keep them occupied. Rooms-Standard rooms and Jr. suites will allow a maximum of 4 person to share these rooms. There are also Family suites and these are the rooms that will accommodate a family of five meaning 2 adults and three children under the age of 12. Family suites are comprised of a large jr. suite style bedroom, a large bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. This is one large room with a living room area with a large sofa bed and terrace. If you need two connecting rooms, they are in the White Sand and Riviera sections and need to book a Suite connected to a Junior Suite. There is the new Royal section with Suites and Junior Suites that is adults only. Shopping-Small gift shop on property. Most of your shopping will be in Playa del Carmen or Cancun. Spa-State of the art Spa, probably one of the newest and best facilities in the Riviera Maya.
Updates-New adults only Royal section. View-The ocean and the waves are great to sit, watch and listen. Weather-January through March are the driest months. July through November are the wettest months. WOW Factor-The fact they can sleep 5 , 2 adults and 3 kids make this the WOW factor. Not to mention this is a stunning resort!. X-Y-Z-This is a fantastic resort for families and couples! |

Ambiance-The words that fits best when you arrive at this property is tropical paradise. The property is spread out and made to feel like you are part of the ecological surroundings. This is one of those properties that offer great value since it is one of the few resorts on all of the Riviera Maya/Cancun area that will sleep a family of five.
Food- 7 restaurants of which include Mediterranean, Oriental, a Steak house, and Mexican. There are also 3 buffet
restaurants, one specializing in continental and local cuisine, the other
featuring Creole. To make it fair for everyone to get a chance to eat in the specialty restaurants they limit the amount of times you may dine based on your length of stay. One time for 3 nights, twice for 4-6 nights and three times for a 7 night stay. 
Negatives-About the only negative which really is not a negative is the size of the resort. It is a very large property.
Terrain-Very flat and spread out.
