Ambiance - This is a perfect alternative for larger families or even couples who want something different than an all-inclusive resort. They have anywhere from one to three bedroom condos which makes for a perfect choice for those who need or want more room on vacation.
Beach - Because of how the property is situated you could almost consider this a private beach, cozy yet great for kids to make their sand castles.
Charges (extra) - Not an all inclusive property .
Distances - You are not more than a 5 minute walk into Playa del Carmen. You cannot beat the location for convenience to restaurants, shopping and the ferry to Cozumel.
Entertainment on Property -
A quiet relaxing condominium but don't be surprise hearing kids making up their own entertainment, remember "MARCO'......"POLO".
Fitness Area - No formal fitness area at the condo. A nice long walk along the beach should be just fine.
Food - You can walk to many of the great restaurants in Playa del Carmen and a short taxi ride to the grocery store or Sams Club. Yes, there is a Sams Club there.
Getting Around - Perfect spot to be able to walk anywhere.
Internet Access -Not aware of internet access as of yet.
Jackets and Ties - Keep them at home!
Kids -This is a perfect choice for families with children. The pool has a shallow end for the little ones.
Lighting -The resort is well laid out and well lit at night.
Medical Services -Nearby medical facilities.
Negatives - If you want an all inclusive, this is not the choice for you.
Nightlife - Plenty of nightlife in town.
Opportunities -Take advantage of the convenient location.
Pool - Not the big elaborate pool that I like but since this is a smaller complex, you will not have a problem getting a pool chair like at some of the other larger resorts.
Protection - On site security.
Recreation - You are in the perfect location for day trips to Cozumel, the Mayan ruins or ecological parks like Xcaret.
Rooms -Condos with one to three bedroom units. You have a fully equipped kitchen so you do not have to go out to eat everyday. Sometimes it is nice to just have a cup of coffee and sit out on the balcony in the morning.
Shopping - For those of you who are into shopping, you will love the fact you are right next to the famous 5th avenue. Not Rodeo Drive, but you get the picture.
Terrain - You do have to navigate stairs to get to the upper floors
.
Tipping- Since this is a condominium, you can save all the tipping for the restaurants.
Updates-Looks fantastic.
View-Great views of the ocean.
Weather-December through May are the driest months. September through November are the wettest months.
WOW Factor-The larger rooms and the perfect location for those who want to be close to town
X-Y-Z-A diamond in the rough and perfect alternative to an all inclusive resort.
