Beach-A small beach but pretty typical of what you will find on the north end of the island. Charges (extra) - This is not an all-inclusive resort so all meals and drinks would be extra. Distances- Only a 5-10 minute taxi ride into San Miguel on the north side of the island. Entertainment on Property -Very low key and does not offer entertainment like at an all-inclusive resort. Fitness Area - No fitness area but they do have a spa for treatments.
Getting Around- Taxis are very inexpensive and easy to get around. Internet Access -Internet access from the small business center. Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home! Kids-I would say this is more for couples than families since there are not any organized children's activities. Lighting-Well lit at night. Medical Services-On call medical services.
Nightlife- There are a few places in town for nightlife. Much more quiet and reserved than Cancun. Opportunities-If you are a golfer take advantage of the deeply discounted greens fees at the Cozumel Country Club. Guests at this resort get a fantastic value. Pool-One small pool, nothing to rave about. Protection-In room safe. Recreation-Water sports, diving and snorkeling dominate here but since you are almost across the street from the golf course, makes it nice for golfers. Rooms-Pretty typical of the rooms in Mexico. The Ocean View Suites are much larger than a Junior Suite at other resorts. The standard ocean view rooms are not adjoining on the interior. Junior Suites do have a big master bedroom and a vanity in-between the living room that has 2 sofa-beds. Shopping-Plenty of shopping in San Miguel.
Updates-Almost like brand new after the repairs and refurbishments from hurricane Wilma. View-Right on the ocean, fantastic views. Weather-Mid December through May has the best weather. September and October gets more rain. WOW Factor-The boutique feel of the property. X-Y-Z-If you want a small boutique hotel, this is a good choice. More Pictures Click Here

Ambiance-This is one of those places where if all you want is a nice clean room overlooking the ocean and do not need a lot of amenities, this will be a good fit. Very small, only 50 rooms. 
Food- 2 restaurants of which one is open for breakfast and lunch and the other is open for dinner. You have plenty of dining options in San MIguel.
Negatives- This resort might be too small if you are looking for a lot of amenities. 
Terrain-A very small property so a stones throw from any room to the ocean.
