Beach-One of the few beaches in Cabo that you can actually swim in the ocean. Charges (extra) - European Plan (EP), food and drink are extra. Spa treatments would be extra. Distances-20 minute walk to downtown. The perfect location for people wanting to be close to shopping, nightlife and restaurants.
Fitness Area - A small but very nice fitness center, all of the machines are new and plenty of free weights. Food- There are two restaurants on the property. The first one is called La Casona which is a very nice dining experience and I suggest dining out on the terrace with the great views. The other restaurant is the La Parrilla which is more poolside relaxed setting. They also have a deli and market on site. One thing this resort does which I really like is you can have a private chef cook you a very romantic dinner to eat in you own dining room or on your own terrace. Reserve this as soon as you arrive if interested. Getting Around- Perfect walking location, no taxis needed! Internet Access -They have internet access from each villa and wireless from the lobby and pool. If I recall they also have an internet cafe to get online.
Kids-Families are welcome but don't expect a lot of structured activities for the little tikes. This is a very quiet and reserved property. Lighting-Well lit at night and pretty at night. Medical Services-24 hour on-call physician. Negatives- I don't think you will be bothered as much by the time share sharks since this is a smaller property and most of the units have already been sold. Nightlife-Not only do they have the entertainment in the evening, you are walking distance to all the great nightlife in Cabo San Lucas.
Pool-They claim they have the largest pool in Cabo San Lucas. I did not get out my measuring tape but it looked pretty darn nice. Protection-in room safe. State of the art surveillance around the resort. Recreation- They have two tennis courts, ATV rentals and motor scooter rentals. I say unless you know what you are doing avoid the motor scooters. Just ask my brother! Rooms-Wow, I have to say the villas are very very nice and they should be since this will price higher than the sister properties. This is a selling point of this property. All suites and every room have a kitchen or kitchenette. The one, two and three bedroom suites are equipped with dining table and service for up to 10, complete kitchen with refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and pots and pans.
Spa-Guests here are allowed to use the Spa and their sister property, Villa del Palmar. Terrain-Flat, very easy to walk around and not a long walk from any room to the pool or beach since it is a smaller more contained resort. Updates-None View-I believe all the villas are either ocean view or pool view if you are on the lower floors. A great view of the world famous Arches. Weather-Best weather starts in November through March. The best combo of weather without crowds is November and December before the Christmas rush. The fact that Cabo is very arid and gets little rain on average, any time of year is good. WOW Factor-The rooms and the upscale reserved feeling of this resort makes this property stand out. X-Y-Z -If you want a great location, a swim able beach and a more upscale relaxing vacation, this will do quite nicely.

Ambiance-This is the upscale sister property to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco. It has rooms ranging from a studio suite to 3-bedroom deluxe rooms and all rooms have either kitchenettes or full kitchens. Much smaller and more intimate than the other two. 
Entertainment on Property -Varied entertainment and activities during the day and evening. The have nightly entertainment either in the courtyard or the beach. They even have bartending lessons, which is a favorite of mine! 
Jackets and Ties-Keep them at home!
Opportunities-If you really want to buy a time share, the sharks will love you.
Shopping-A small little shop at the resort but you are walking distance from all the great shopping in Cabo.
