Beach -The beach is excellent along this stretch of Cancun. Charges (extra) - Spa treatments, business services and internet would be extra. Distances- Only 15 minutes from the airport making it very convenient especially for shorter stays. Entertainment on Property -Varied entertainment and activities during the day and evening. Fitness Area - They have a decent fitness area, nothing fancy but hey you are on vacation, leave the workout clothes at home.
Getting Around- Taxi or the bus is the best way. You can actually walk to some of the shopping centers. Taxis can be expensive for the short distance they go so I like to take the bus. They run often and are very inexpensive, just avoid shift change (2-3pm) and after work (5-6pm), they are very crowded. Internet Access -There is no internet in the rooms but have access in the business center. Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home, but bring slacks and polo shirt for dinner in the Specialty restaurants. Kids - Kids, kids and more kids. Other than the Crown Paradise Club, this is the resort to stay at in Cancun for tons of kids activities. In their self contained water park they have pirate ship water slides, putt putt course, and a very large kids club. This is their claim to fame. The have programs for children 18 months to 12 years old.
Medical Services-On call medical services. Negatives- If you do not want to be around kids, this is NOT the place to stay. Nightlife- They have their own theatre for shows and plenty of nightlife in Cancun. Opportunities-This is one of the better priced all-inclusive's so if you can take advantage of it. Pool- They have 4 pools one being an infinity pool and yes for us adults, they have an adults only pool. An escape from the kids!
Recreation-Between the self contained water park, putt putt course and and activities, the kids will have plenty to keep them entertained. Rooms - Along with their standard rooms, they have family rooms which have a small extra room with bunk beds and a trundle that will sleep a family of 5. They also have Club rooms with private Club amenities and suites. Shopping-Small gift shop on property. Plenty of shopping in Cancun. Spa-I have to admit I was blown away by the spa here. Being such a family focused resort I would of expected the spa to be moderate at best but from what I have seen in Cancun, this one ranks right up there. I guess the parents need pampering too.
Updates-No updates to report. View-Right on the ocean with fantastic views. Weather-December through May are the best months for weather. The wettest months are late September through early November WOW Factor-The self contained water park and family rooms. X-Y-Z-This is a very good choice for families that want a lot of activities for the kids and not spend an arm and a leg on an all-inclusive resort. More Pictures Click Here |

Ambiance - This is a nice property for families with children. It actually has the look and feel of a cruise ship with its design and the decor.
Food- They have 10, yes count them 10 restaurants! They have 4 specialty restaurants, featuring seafood, Japanese, Spanish and International cuisine. Reservations are not required and there are no restrictions to the number of times you can eat at any of the specialty restaurants.
Little Known Fact - If you are on one of the higher floors looking down into the atrium, you would swear you were on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship looking down on the promenade deck.
Protection-In room safe. 
Terrain- A high rise very self contained resort.
