Beach - The beaches up in Nuevo Vallarta are actually better than in Puerto. Wider stretches of beach where in Puerto you find more coves. Charges (extra) - Spa services, motorized water sports, and business center services would be extra. Distances - Nuevo Vallarta is about a 20 minute drive north of town and 10 minutes north of the airport. Entertainment on Property - You will find a higher level of quality of the entertainment here. They even have their own open-air amphitheater. They also have theme nights three times a week.
Food - They have 5 restaurants serving French, Mediterranean and traditional Mexican cuisine. They are very proud of the quality of their food and service. This is not your typical all-inclusive fare. Getting Around - Taxi is the most convenient since you are so close to town. Internet Access -They have wi-fi access from every suite. Jackets and Ties - Keep them at home, but long pants and a collared shirt is required for the men in the a-la-carte restaurants. You will find people dressing up more here for dinner than many of the other resorts since it is a luxury resort. Still, keep the tie at home!
Little Know Fact-This resort has a pillow menu, yes a pillow menu. You can pick from a wide assortment of pillows to best fit your comfort. Oh what the heck, try a new one each night! Medical Services -On call medical services. Negatives - Can I find a negative with this resort? Nope! Nightlife - The evening entertainment at the resort will keep most guests happy but there is also plenty of nightlife in town.
Protection - In room safe at no additional charge . Recreation - Where do I start? Snorkeling, kayaking, boogie boards, tennis, beach volleyball, scuba lessons and my most favorite recreational activity, drinking a cold beverage relaxing at the pool. Rooms -The smallest suite is over 1000 square feet so this should tell you something. All have ocean views, and have goose down comforters. They all have a separate living room and state of the art amenities like flat screen TVs. In fact they had flat screen TVs before most people knew what flat screen TVs were. Shopping - Small shop on property. Plenty of shopping in Puerto Vallarta.
Terrain - This is not a large spread out property by any means. You can be on the beach from your suite in minutes. Tipping-A couple of dollars a day for your maid, and a dollar for bar and restaurant servers. Don't feel you have to tip each time other than the maid. They will be so appreciative since most people will not tip at an all-inclusive. View-You will have fantastic views from any of the suites at this resort. Weather-Avoid August and September, monsoon season. But I have had families stay in this region during these months and they had great weather. Who knows anymore! December through April is just perfect. WOW Factor-The suites hands down. You might not even want to leave the room. X-Y-Z -This sets the standard for luxury in Puerto Vallarta. I can honestly say if you want to be pampered you will enjoy this resort. |

The resort was architecturally designed by Ricardo Elias & Elias Architects in Guadalajara and the interior designer was Roberto Elias with interior decoration by Melin Castro. 24 hour suite service. Ambiance -Wow, many resorts in Mexico claim to be 5 stars but this one is a truly 5 star resort. The minute you walk into the gorgeous lobby looking straight through to the ocean you know this is something special. Don't take my word for it, it is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World which only the best have earned the right to belong to. 
Fitness Area - Not only is this a world class spa but they have a great fitness area with top notch equipment.
Kids - They have a children's program for kids ages 4 to 14. Most only have programs up to age 12. They have their own children's pool and get to do a lot of cultural activities, treasure hunts, pinata making, a sea lion show plus plenty more stuff. Your child will not be bored. Baby sitting is also offered. 
Pool - Oh my goodness, I am in pool heaven. The infinity pool has to be one of the best I have ever seen. They even have little canopy's for your lounge chairs that you can swivel over if you need some shade. The jacuzzi overlooking the ocean is wonderful!
Spa- This is a world class spa resort. I have seen many spas in Mexico and this will rival the best of them.
