Beach-The resort is a bit different for it is split by a small street in the back. The beach is on the other side of the street and a bit smaller than others located on this part of the island. Do not let the street bother you, it is a side street with little traffic. Charges (extra) - They offer both an all-inclusive and European Plan (EP) so if you choose the EP plan you would pay for your food and drinks. Distances- In the southern end of the island about 20 minutes from town. Entertainment on Property -During the high season they have theme parties twice a week. Fitness Area - It is adequate, nothing to rave about. They have a jogging trail which is nice.
Getting Around-This is probably the one resort I would say you might want to rent a car if you are not taking the all-inclusive option. Taxis could get expensive to go into town to eat in the evening. Internet Access -There is internet access from the PC in the business center. Wi-Fi access from public areas. Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home, but bring slacks and polo shirt for dinner in the A la Carte restaurant. Kids-Kids are welcome here but I would say they are more geared towards adults and divers. Lighting-Well lit at night. Medical Services-On call medical services.
Nightlife- No real nightlife to speak of and there is some nightlife in town. Cozumel is much more quiet than Cancun. Opportunities-This resort always prices well so if you do not need all the amenities of some of the larger all-inclusive resorts, take advantage of the value. Pool-A nice pool overlooking the ocean and they have a children's pool. Protection-In room safe. Recreation-This resort caters more to divers so that seemed to be the focus. They do have a tennis court. Rooms-Pretty typical as far as being somewhat small. They have Casita's that are a bit larger. Shopping-Small gift shop on property. Plenty of shopping downtown.
Updates-Went through major refurbishments after the hurricanes in 2005. View-Right on the ocean. Weather-The best weather is January through April and the wettest months are September and October. WOW Factor-Consistently one of the better priced resorts in Cozumel. X-Y-Z-I would say if diving and snorkeling are your focus, you will be happy here. The Fiesta Americana Cozumel Dive Resort consists of one six-story and two seven-story buildings of contemporary design, with the Casita's Suites situated behind the main hotel. 226 air-conditioned rooms are surrounded by tropical vegetation. The hotel's own dive shop, "The Dive House," is located on the beach and has its own dock and equipment, offering all the services for diving and snorkeling.

Ambiance-I have found Fiesta Americana's are pretty consistent with all of their properties and this resort is very similar. Not as visually appealing as some of the other resorts but still nice.
Food- 3 restaurants of which 1 is A la Carte for dinner. The restaurant along the beach is brand new. 
Negatives- I have never been a fan of resorts that offer an all-inclusive and EP meal plan. If you take the all-inclusive plan make sure you tip or you will see the service level diminish.
Terrain-Pretty flat
