Beach-Very small beach which is typical up on the north end of the island. What is unique about this resort is they have their own reef right there for snorkeling. Charges (extra) - This is not an all-inclusive resort so drinks and meals would be extra. Distances- Very close to San Miguel and the airport. Less than a 10 minute taxi ride if that into town. Entertainment on Property -They have some activities during the day out by the pool. Fitness Area - Small but adequate fitness area.
Getting Around- Taxis are very inexpensive since you are so close to town. Internet Access -They did not have internet access at the time of my visit. Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home, but bring slacks and polo shirt for dinner in the A la Carte restaurant. Kids-Very family friendly since they have rooms that have upwards of three bedrooms. They don't have an elaborate kids program so if that is what you need, this would not be a good fit. Lighting-Well lit at night. Medical Services-On call medical services.
Nightlife- Limited nightlife in town, Cozumel is very quiet compared to Cancun. Opportunities-One of the only resorts that has 2 and 3 bedroom units. Pool-Two small pools that have a fantastic view of the ocean. Protection-In room safe. Recreation-Diving and snorkeling rule here with windsurfing. Golf is only 5 minutes away. Rooms-I was pleasantly surprised of how spacious the rooms were. They are configured to open up to as many as three bedrooms making this a good choice for larger families. They come equipped with a full kitchen so you do not have to go out to eat everyday for all your meals. Shopping-Plenty of shopping in San MIguel.
Updates-Went through major refurbishments after hurricane Wilma in 2005. Looks better than ever. View-Right on the ocean, fantastic views. Weather-Mid December through May has the best weather. September and October gets more rain. WOW Factor-Up to three bedrooms with kitchens. X-Y-Z-This is one of those places that will never claim to be a deluxe resort but I have to say they had the nicest staff of any of the resorts I visited on Cozumel. The sales rep who showed me the property has been with them over 10 years and you could see the pride she had in the resort and its people. This is a rare quality at many resorts so what it lacks in glitz it makes up in a friendly atmosphere. More Pictures Click Here

The Coral Princess Hotel & Resort consists of two nine-story buildings with wonderful views and a relaxing ambiance. There is a great reef on property, and each of the 139 air-conditioned rooms and suites has its own balcony or patio. Hotel features include El Galeon restaurant, three bars, room service from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm, live entertainment, two swimming pools, an on-site dive shop, water sports, and organized activities for both adults and children. Ambiance-My expectations were low before I visited since this resort always prices so low and is one of the few that has up to 3 bedrooms. I was pleasantly surprised not so much in the physical resort itself but how friendly everyone was on the staff. I found out later most of them had been with the hotel for 10-15 years and that tells me they are doing something right. 
Food-2 restaurants of which 1 is A la Carte for dinner, serving and International cuisine.
Negatives- It is an older property so if you want new and glitzy, this would not be for you. 
Terrain-Small property so no long walks to the pool and beach.
