Beach - In the heart of Acapulco so one of the best stretches of beaches. Be prepared to be approached by one of the local vendors trying to sell you some trinkets. Charges (extra) - Since this is not an all-inclusive resort, all meals and services would be extra much like any resort in the United States. Distances - I great location pretty much in the middle of everything.
Fitness Area - Very small but adequate. Food - They have a poolside cafe for breakfast and sits right next to Sanborns which would equate to an upscale Dennys. Can I use upscale and Dennys in the same sentence? Getting Around - Taxi is the most convenient since you are so close to everything. Internet Access -Limited internet access from the small business center.
Kids - You will find children here during summer vacation and holidays but for the most part, this is a resort for people who are on a tight budget. Little Known Fact-The rooms above the third floor have elliptical balconies with wide-angle views, the best of which are in the -03 to -07 series. Medical Services -On call medical services. Negatives -I would say the service is not going to be stellar. But you get what you pay for.
Pool - Small hour shape pool. Nothing fancy but has a great view of the beach and ocean. Protection - Safety deposit boxes in each room. Recreation - Limited recreation activities. Rooms -Small and clean. You have to realize when a resort prices this well there is a reason. As long as you do not expect fancy you will be ok. You can't complain about the views though.
Spa- I do not remember them offering spa services. Terrain - A typical high rise resort so easy to navigate. Be prepared for slow elevators. At least you do not have to walk a mile to get from your room to the beach. Tipping-I would say use the same rules of thumb as you would do staying at a resort in the United States. A dollar goes a long way here. View-Excellent views from the higher floors
WOW Factor-The views and low price. X-Y-Z -If you want a low price resort with a great location you will be ok here. But again, you get what you pay for so expectations cannot be high.

Ambiance -This is a resort where if all you need is a clean room and a great location, this will fit the bill. Don't expect anything fancy or you will be disappointed.
Entertainment on Property -
They have a disco on the property but not always open. Music in the lobby bar on weekends. 
Jackets and Ties - Keep them at home, but people do tend to dress up more for dinner in Acapulco.
Nightlife -Acapulco is known for its nightlife. Things don't really get started until midnight and go until 5am. I on the other hand am sleeping by midnight and awake by 5am. 
Shopping - Small gift shop on property. Plenty of shopping in Acapulco.
Weather-June through October is rainy season but more of the rain comes overnight. Acapulco boasts over 330 days of sunshine. November through April are the nicest months of the year
