Kalaupapa Lookout
is very popular among honeymooners visiting Molokai. From this vantage
point in Pala'au Park, the peninsula of Kalaupapa seems attached
to Molokai almost as an afterthought. The 1,600 foot, almost vertical
cliffs, served as a natural barrier to the outside world.
One of the largest
and best-preserved ancient Hawaiian temples in the islands, 'Illi'ili'opae
can be visited with the Molokai Horse and Wagon Ride. In ancient
times Moloka'i was known and revered as a center of religious learning
and mysticism. 'Illi'ili'opae was dedicated to the highest gods
worshiped throughout the islands.

If you are looking
for fashions other than resort wear, you're in the wrong place. For general shopping
along Kaunakakai's Ala Malama Street, there's a good selection of souvenirs and
t-shirts. | |

For an off-the-beaten-path
treat, visit the Big Wind Kite Factory in Maunaloa. Ask
our Molokai Honeymoon specialists about other hidden gems. |

Dining and Entertainment
To really sample a taste
of Hawaii, your family must take in a lu'au, which is a feast with an accent on
fun. Honeymooners can watch and even learn how to hula, eat to your hearts content
and watch the amazing cultural entertainment!
