Your family can enjoy the
two theme parks; Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, along with entertainment,
dining and shopping in the Downtown Disney District. In
Disneyland park you will find several different themed areas; Main Street USA,
Adventure Land, Critter Country, New Orleans Square, Mickey's Toontown, Fantasy
Land, Frontier Land, and Tomorrowland. Disney's California Adventure offers four
themed areas; Golden State, A Bug's Land, Hollywood Pictures Backlot, and Paradise
Pier. Each area within the parks is composed of rides and attractions, restaurants
and shopping. In
the theme parks, your family will have access to the complimentary Fastpass service.
It will save your place in line so your family can spend more time having fun
and less time in lines. Simply go to any participating Fastpass attraction and
insert your park admission ticket into the machine. Then, each member in your
family that has an admission ticket will be issued a Fastpass with a one-hour
window of time during which you can return to the attraction. When you return,
go directly to the Fastpass entrance and enjoy the attraction with a minimal wait. |

Disneyland theme parks have
an outstanding amount of guest services designed to make your family's vacation
as enjoyable as possible. If you have young children you may be interested in
the Rider Switch Pass which allows for a parent to stay with their child that
does not meet the height restrictions for a ride while the other family members
ride the attraction. Then the riders switch so that everyone in your family that
meets the height requirements can ride while the smaller family members are not
left unattended. The
theme parks also offer storage lockers, parking, stroller and wheelchair rentals,
baby care facilities, assistance for the hearing impaired, lost and found, specific
smoking locations, and the Disneyland Kennel Club for your pets. |
